Reception:

Our reception is equipped with hand sanitiser, face masks, gloves and information sheets regarding the hotel’s Covid-19 policy.
At the reception we offer the following services:

Accommodation and payment:

Dear guests, please be aware that check-in is after 2:00pm.
All guests must be at least 18 years old or be accompanied by a parent.
The hotel accepts payment via a card or cash. Please note that when paying via a credit or debit card, you may be asked to show an identification document, in order to ensure that you are the owner of the card with which you are paying.

Internet:

Wireless internet is available for use in all indoor and outdoor common areas as well as all hotel rooms.

Safety Deposit boxes:

To ensure the safety of your belongings, safes are available in every hotel room. Please be aware that the hotel will not be liable for any lost or missing valuables. Please store your valuables in the safes!

Technical Support:

Should you notice any technical or mechanical defect or problem, please be sure to report it to reception. Our team will do their best to remove it in a timely manner.

Currency exchange:

The guests of the hotel can exchange money at the change bureau in the hotel.

Parking:

The hotel offers free parking with limited places. However, there is a paid parking near the hotel to which our team direct you to.

Laundry and dry cleaning:

Orders for laundry, ironing and dry-cleaning service must be placed before 4:00pm and will take approximately 24 hours. For more information, please ask at reception.

Swimming pool:

The swimming pool is open from 8:00am to 6:00pm. For security reasons, please do not use the pool outside its working hours. Please be aware that the pool has no security surveillance. Please follow the safety rules when using the swimming pool. Children can only use the pool when supervised by an adult. Lastly, please be aware that it is forbidden to use to pool when under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Sunbeds:

Sunbeds are at your disposal around the pool area. Please do not reserve the sunbeds with your personal items including towels, clothes and personal belongings. Please be aware that if needed the hotel staff may remove your belongings from the sunbeds.

Beach:

The hotel does not offer free sunbeds on the beach.

Rooms:

All hotel rooms have air conditioning. Please be aware that the air conditioning system will not work when the balcony door is opened.
Smoking is prohibited in hotel rooms. If our cleaning staff finds evidence of smoking in the room, you may be charged with a fine.
We kindly ask you not to use the bathroom towels outside of your room.
The cleaning and disinfection process of the hotel rooms are in accordance with Covid-19 regulations.

Electricity:

Electricity in the rooms is 220V.

Key:

The room is unlocked using a key. If the key is lost, it has to be paid.

Water:

Please do not drink the tap water.

Balcony:

For safety reasons, we kindly ask you to close the balcony door when leaving the room. It is absolutely prohibited to throw items from the balcony or to attempt to jump over the tempered glass as it may endanger your life. Please do not leave children unattended on the balcony.

Cleaning Service:

The cleaning staff is available from 8:00am to 2:30pm. If you wish your room to be cleaned before lunch, please ask our reception staff. If you wish not to be disturbed, please put the ‘Do not disturb’ sign on your door. The cleaning and disinfection process of the hotel rooms are in accordance with Covid-19 regulations.

Elevators:

For safety reasons, children under the age of 12 are prohibited from using the elevators alone. Smoking is prohibited in the elevators. Please do not use the elevators in the case of a fire. In the case of a fire, please use the emergency fire exits. Please follow the Covid-19 preventive measures, as outlined by our information sheets.

Departure:

On the day of departure, we ask you to check out before 12:00pm. If a guest wants to leave the room after 12:00pm, the Hotel will charge an extra fee. If you want to take advantage of this service, please contact reception. If there are any damages to the rooms you will be charged extra upon your departure from the hotel.

Pets:

We love pets, but we do not allow pets in the hotel.

Shopping:

There are many shops located close to the hotel. For more information, please ask at reception.

Massage services:

Next to the swimming pool, you can book a massage with our masseuse.

Noise:

Please try to remain quiet in the hallways of the hotel after 10:00pm. Please be considerate of other guests.

Fire:

On each floor, we have placed the required fire extinguishers.
Each room and floor have the evacuation plan of the hotel. Please, follow them in case of a fire.

Emergency exit:

Emergency exits can only be used in case of an emergency. Children must be under parental supervision at all times.

Restaurant:

Work hours:
Breakfast is from 8:00am to 10:00am
Dinner is from 6:00pm to 8:00pm

We kindly ask all guests to attend meals inappropriate clothing. Entering the hotel restaurant in swimwear is not appropriate and guests may be asked to change their clothing to enter the restaurant. To meet hygiene and sanitary requirements, we kindly ask guests to not take food out of the restaurant. Bringing food and drinks up to the rooms is prohibited. Every indoor space is equipped with an information sheet outlining the Covid-19 rules and regulations. The times allocated for disinfection can be found on the notice boards at the entrances of the restaurant.

Lobby bar:
The lobby bar is opened 24 hours a day.

Reception – Number is 9.
To connect to another room from 2nd to 12th floor, please dial direct room number.
For example 205 —> 205
To connect to another room on the first floor, dial the number of the room followed by 9.
Example: 109 —> 1099
Exception: To connect to room 110, please dial 1179
To connect to another room on the ninth floor, dial 1 and then the room number.
Example: 909 —> 1909
To contact an apartment, please dial the floor on which the apartment is located and then 88.
Example: A100 —> 188; for A1000 —> 1088

External calls:
For outgoing calls, please dial 0 and the desired number with the corresponding code. For calls from abroad please dial the code of Bulgaria (+) 00359, Sunny Beach 554 code and the number of hotel 22800.
